Rudn Enclave NOC

The Rudn Enclave’s developer has already applied to accumulate the due approval of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned authority, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Even at this first stage, the response from the investors was overwhelming. It’s believed that the Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi will soon acquire the NOC from RDA within the coming months.

Rudn Enclave NOC approval is taking some time because it involves accepting a dozen clearances that can include gas, electricity, water and land transfer. These all are to be taken from the concerned offices. Subsequently, the entire interaction requires a significant investment for a while.
